VORTEX Plus

Based on the ATK review, my wife bought me the Instant Pot Stainless Steel Vortex Plus, and it seems perfect for our needs. It's rated at 6 qts, but seems to fit enough fries, onion rings, etc. with some spacing for what two of us need.

We have an Instant pot vortex plus. It has a pretty large basket and works great!

Have a look at the serious eats article on Amazon prime days. They recommend the Instant Pot Vortex Plus. It is actually 4L in volume and should fit your budget.

We had the Cosori but had to replace it when the handle broke. Wasn’t a fan of the basket style. Replaced it with the Instant Pot Vortex Plus 10Qt Air Fryer Oven and wouldn’t get anything else. Instant pot vortex plus 10 qt is amazing! 2 shelves, a basket that constantly turns (fries come out amazing without turning) and a rotisserie spit for a smaller whole chicken. I no longer use oven or stove and rarely microwave due to this and my IP pressure cookers.
