I have neither, but i got the insta360 x3 when it came out and hated it. HATED the concept of 360 recording 😂 you spend so much time reframing and that's before you even get into post. The Insta360 X4 Air is excellent. The X4 and X5 are also great but more expensive. I would avoid the X3.
