Considering you are ok with lower resolution, may I suggest you get a used 360 camera like an Insta360 x2/x3, etc? A subscription is not needed to access the footage. For your use I would recommend a quick reader that would allow you to transfer the data from the sd card in your camera to your phone. From there you can edit / reframe it using the free Insta360 app. That being said, I don’t think an X2, or a 360
