AMA about the new Insta360 GO Ultra!
Why did insta360 go with a proprietary 2-Prong Adapter Quick Release Mount for the Ultra from the Go 3/s Quick Release Mount that also includes a 1/4 thread. Existing owners of Go 3/s models will now need to consider another set of mounts.

Picked my Go Ultra up form B&H today!
Just got mine - im going to take it fishing this weekend to try it out. Two quick gripes already though - why, for the love of god, do we have ANOTHER different "quick release" mounting standard? Neither the Go3s or the AcePro2 quick release plates fit it. This is an annoying money grab by Insta360

Dji nano. Mind blowing. 🤯 I don’t think it’s worth it. Let me explain. My opinion of course. 🤨
I agree about the accessories, thats a good job from dji cameras. Not like insta360 go ultra. But I’ll pass for now until they make something that stands out a bit more on what i need it to be. But hopefully you will be happy with your purchase. 👍🏽.

AMA about the new Insta360 GO Ultra!
Still goes back to my question why doesn't insta360 use 1 magnetic mount type. The Go3/s, Go Ultra, Acepro 2, all different magnetic stands. Like u/sin3rgy said, we probably know the answer to this already its -> $$$.

Oakley Vanguard Glasses
I got an Insta360 Go Ultra and the Oakley Vanguards for Christmas and after 1-2 winter rides I returned the Insta360 Go Ultra because the Oakley's are a true 3 in 1 product replacing my Oakley Jawbreakers, Shokz OpenRun Minis, and the Inta360 camera. I should note both cameras are really good for qu

Go Ultra: Freeframe mode
As one of the first to adopt a square sensor on the Go 3, I am a bit bewildered as to why they have abandoned it, given that bigger companies (like Apple for example) have adopted square sensors so you can shoot and decide landscape or portrait later with no sacrifice. My guess is that as this squar

POV camera for 5aside
I tried attaching it to my chest with a magnet, but it would fall off during vigorous activity. Moreover, the camera shots taken at the chest area show a lot of shaking. The most stable mounting positions are the head and mouth. The disadvantage of the mouth's position is that it prevents communicat
