I’m using an Insta360 Go Ultra - a little pricey but damn does it look good. Using the magnetic pendant, you wear it as a necklace under your shirt and then the camera magnets on the front. Previously was using a chest harness and an insta360 X3 but found it too heavy and annoying to use.

Everyone tried to kill me today
It's not a helmet cam, but I have an insta360 GoUltra which I really like. It has a squareish "base" (about the size of an older gopro) which you can mount to your handlebars easily, and then the camera itself detatches and can go on a magnetic lanyard pretty much anywhere. I did mount it to my helm

As of today, is the insta360 Go 3S worth buying it?
The image quality is excellent for such a small camera in good lighting. It absolutely is 4K and looks surprisingly close to even cameras like the Ace Pro 2 in bright lighting. It does get noisy and soft quickly in low light but at least as of now thats par for the course considering the size. The a

Ace pro 2 now, or wait
Can't answer that for you but here are some things to consider: They keep enhancing the firmware and adding new accessories so I expect the AP2 to stick around for a while. For what the AP2 does currently I don't expect another insta360 "action" camera to do it better. I would like to have 10 bit bu

Insta360
I use the insta360 go ultra and I like it a lot because you can pop out the camera part and it’s very small and light, perfect for mounting on a helmet. For acting as a dashcam on your bike the cheaper Go 3S is even smaller and the video is still good enough, I think I’d get that one.

Which camera do you use? (Vlogging)
I also have the insta360 go ultra for a lightweight chest camera, it works well when I'm on my bike.

Best action camera for skiing?
Hey! Ok here’s what happened. I got the insta360 go ultra and have only regretted not getting more mounts. Get the helmet mount and two more (forgot their names) one that connects on the smaller camera and the other connects the housing. You need both as one provides flexibility while the other batt

X5 is a 360 degree camera id think overkill for what you want. maybe insta360 go or go ultra. Both can be attached to your chest via magnet. The go is small and I think comes with hat attachments. It'd be your pov so you'd have to weary of where you're pointing or facing. Any action cam with wide vi

Video camera recommendations?
I like using the Insta360 Go cameras for hiking because the camera part pops out and you can put it all sorts of places for creative angles. It’s NOT a 360° camera, it’s a normal action camera but the camera part pops out from the main body like AirPods. It’s also less noticeable because it’s so sma
