As of today, is the insta360 Go 3S worth buying it?

The image quality is excellent for such a small camera in good lighting. It absolutely is 4K and looks surprisingly close to even cameras like the Ace Pro 2 in bright lighting. It does get noisy and soft quickly in low light but at least as of now thats par for the course considering the size. The a

Do any of you take cameras with you running? If so, which one?!

Get an Insta360 Ace Pro 2 with the xplorer grip. It’s water resistant up to 30m, has good battery life and takes 48mp Raw photos. The video is not great (IMO YMMV). But the photos I have taken with that little thing were so fun, and the lens cover is replaceable so if you drop it it’s not a big deal

best action camera for all around use?

Been using the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 for a few months now and it’s been solid. The 8K and low-light performance are a big step up, and the flip screen makes vlogging way easier. Battery life holds up for a full day of shooting if you’re not recording nonstop. Only heads up: grab a couple extra batterie

Which chest/action camera does Ludwig use?

without the battery module it lasts me around 45 minutes at 1080p 60fps no air flow. I haven't tested max battery length with the battery module connected since that's not how I use it. the quality/frame rate your record at def has an impact on battery life. also the camera module charges pretty dam

Inconspicuous action camera recommendations?

Insta360 Ace Pro 2 bike kit has a good chest mount. It can record up to 8k, but uses a lot of battery. I always bring two spares.

Best Action Camera Right Now? Need Recommendations

I’ve been using the DJI Osmo Action 4 and it’s been really solid. Great stabilization, good battery life, and the footage looks clean even on bumpy rides. If you want alternatives, GoPro Hero 12/13 is still strong and the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 is great if you care more about image quality than simplici

Action 6 @ $100 more than Ace Pro 2. Worth it?

It very much depends on your use cases and preferences. I have both, but I almost never use the Insta360 nowadays. I always take the DJI Action 6 out with me. Here are my reasons, but you might have different use-cases: I like the (faux) open gate 1:1 setting. It gives me a lot more versatility when

Recommendations

Sounds like you want one camera that can cover a bit of everything, running, travel, family stuff. I get what you mean about all the sponsored content, but tbh Insta360 ace pro 2 does fit your kind of use pretty well. For marathons especially, you’ll want something durable and easy to just keep reco
