Same here, no way to connect iClever BTH12 to Toniebox 2. I'm in close contact w/ the support. I was already asked to send some videos about failing pairing, what I did yesterday.

I've a archived screenshot promising that from 19. Nov 2025, they support ALL 3. party bluetooth headsets. I've a even personal email from support team, that Toniebox 2 supports, of course :-), all Bluetooth-Audio-Standard (A2DP) headsets. No way for at least iClever BTH12 and another one. From now,
