SOLVED (for me) I followed the spanish comment below, just download this. Its a firmware updater for the dongle which was version zero. Updating it fixed it FINALLY I can go wireless again

I prefer it wired now im between this and hyperx pulsefire haste 2 but this one has scroll issue im not sure if it software or hardware issue need to check this

I've been seeing a lot of stuff about HyperX and HP lately, I don't understand anything, what happened and why is it a problem? The only HyperX product I have is the wired pulsefire haste bought 2 years ago and it works like a charm
