Hello! The first thing I want to ask is: Are you referring specifically to the Cloud III Wireless, not the Cloud III S Wireless? Because update 4.1.2.4 was released only for the Cloud III S Wireless headset. And it’s distributed via the old Ngenuity Legacy, which is installed through the Microsoft S
