Yep, any consumer product is uaially designed on the cheap. Either screen is crap, hinges are usually plastic, some exception omnsome pretty expensive or pro models. Nowadays 16GB is just ngam ngam for most processing. You can either buy one more 8GB RAM to upgrade or a 16GB RAM and directly upgrade to 24GB RAM. Make sure your RAM is compatible.
