Help - refresh with 2 VPNs still not working
use hide.me vpn, and set the protocol to IKEv2 in the app’s settings connect hide.me vpn, then connect localdevvpn and try refreshing in sidestore worked for me using iOS 26.4 & latest sidestore

Real IP and location exposed due to lack of IPv6 support in Wireguard config file
windscribe is rolling it out in the next couple of weeks, mullivad/ivpn/hide.me/airvpn/ovpn and others all have IPV6 coverage in their vpn's so you obviously dont know what you are talking about companies that dont provide ipv6 coverage are just lazy

How do I fix this
I recently used one in iOS 6 (because I live in Cuba and everything here needs a VPN). I think a manual configuration of hide.me still worked (I don't know if they removed the protocol configuration that was available in iOS 6)

Do not update ios 26.4.
There is a fix Get hide.me vpn or adguard vpn or just any vpn with IKEv2 protocol and set it to IPv4 only Then after starting the vpn start LocalDevVPN or StosVPN Worked for me
