At this point, no, even Gamesir gave up on it and it was discontinued very quickly. Try Gulikit TT Pro or Max, it's one of the fastest controllers right now and it's huge so should fit your hands perfectly, especially after G7 Pro as it is based on Xbox controller shape despite symmetrical layout.

yeah, dualsense dpad is nothing to write home about. TT Pro/Max though have best dpad I ever tried (and it has 2 shapes included). you might need to get used to it at first, but it's worth it.
