TT PRO $59.99 - TT MAX $69.99 and the KK3 PRO - KK3 MAX, are the same prices, respectively. So, I’m just gonna speculate the ES MAX will be $34.

At this point, no, even Gamesir gave up on it and it was discontinued very quickly. Try Gulikit TT Pro or Max, it's one of the fastest controllers right now and it's huge so should fit your hands perfectly, especially after G7 Pro as it is based on Xbox controller shape despite symmetrical layout.
