As someone who had literally all of their OEM/Smash rerelease GameCube controllers stolen a couple of years ago, this post makes me unreasonably jealous. At least I didn’t get swindled on the NES Joy Cons. As a fellow Switch 2 owner, I love r/controller, and highly recommend the new Gulikit ES Pro b

Get the gulikit es pro and play table top mode. It has TMR sticks (won't drift like joycons)and the lowest Bluetooth latency on the market. Amazing controller. The dpad is also clicky and similar to the series Xbox controller. It's also like $30

Thanks mate. I've scoured the internet for way too many hours and it seems the best I've found is the Gulikit ES Pro. For the dpad alone I've read and heard it's on par with the Xbox One controller's dpad

Gulikit ES Pro. The fastest wireless controller right now. Great dpad esp. for fighting games (diagonals are so easy to hit and no accidental up inputs). U can also run it wired. It also has driftless TMR joysticks and triggers

X20 dpad is for option menu or jrpg only. The one on the x05pro is decent. On a budget, Gulikit ES or ES Pro have a great one for fighting games.

The Apex 4 has better build quality and more durable parts and everything on it is very well-designed, but it's pretty overpriced and you probably don't need it. If you want the dpad similar to xbox, gulikit es pro, they are really very similar to xbox controller and if you fine with no back buttons, is also cheap too. I’ve managed to add another gamepad to the list: the Gulikit ES Pro (with the Hyperlink 2 dongle it’s 47 euros, without the dongle it’s 35 euros including postage). It seems to me that this one’s D-pad is the most similar to the Logitech F710, and perhaps better than the Gamesir Cyclone 2 (in terms
