Pass on it. While it will work well for seasoned ruckers, it won't for rookies. The GORUCK pack for $49 on Amazon is your best bet with a 10-20lb plate to start with. Does the pain of higher weight (60 vs 30 lb plates) reduce over time?
t does. I went from 0 to 60 lbs (45lb plate plus all the stuff for work and other gear I keep in there) with the goruck rucker and I would not reccomend to anyone for exactly the shoulder pain you're talking about.
