Just don't get them wet. They are great buds, but hot damn they do not like any form of moisture. Even in light rain or just a breezy mist they will start to fail. idk who that support person is but they have no idea what they're talking about. I have the P9PXL and the Pixel Buds Pro 2's and they work flawlessly. Also the PBP2's were released alongside the Pixel 9 series phones so it would make no sense for them not to be supported.
