A bit late to the party, my Nest IQ Cam Outdoor just failed last week after 5 years of use. For an immobile device, even if outdoor, that’s a short lifespan. I have old iPads and iPhones that have been dropped, traveled around the world, got water spills, were exposed to the sun, etc and still work
