$50? I wish. I bought my GMMK2 years ago when it was brand new. It was about $120. It's still a great keyboard, and it has served me well. I put lubed Glorious Fox switches in it. I built my husband a GMMK Pro around the same time and used the Gateron Blue switches. He likes the clicky switches. 🤮

Are there any Split keyboards with the F row? I use the Logitech ERGO K860 at work, and it has helped so much that my wrist pain is completely gone. those are solid starter choices honestly. the gmmk pro is a great first build board, and gateron milky pros are smooth after lubing. i'd maybe look at Akko Black and Pink keycaps instead of xda if you want more texture - xda can feel a bit flat for gaming. also grab some Krytox 205g0 lube for the sw

No new from these maybe satisfactory as the true typing ones start at 20k+. Check glorious gmmk series, keychron q/k series and so on. For budget best ones are aula , ajazz ones. I've got the GMMK Pro and the GMMK 3 Pro 100%. If get the 3 if you can, often they'll be on special offer on amazon 👍👍 Both are great boards but if you need a keypad then the 100% board is the way to go. If not then the GMMK Pro is a mighty fine board
