Unifi is playing Gl-inet dirty. What's everyone's thoughts on their new travel router?
I'm hoping this will spur Gl-inet to refresh their mini-routers like the GL-MT300N-V2 Mango or GL-AR300M16. They're getting pretty long in the tooth now and lacking things like the built in Adblocker and NAS functionality compared to the currently supported models

AR300M / M16 and Tailscale?
Tailscale images are huge, and probably will not fit on the M16 version, especially if you are using the GL iNet 4.x firmware, which has very little free space. You may have a chance of getting Tailscale and generic OpenWRT to fit on an M16, especially if you can find one of the reduced size version

Tailscale on slower GL.iNet devices + employee wifi
File sharing is just one example. On multiple GL iNet routers, it was listed as an out of box feature as shown in the 3.x documents. See: https://docs.gl-inet.com/router/jp/3/tutorials/file_sharing/ Per the 4.x release notes it was pulled in many models. Here is just 1 example. https://dl.gl-inet.co
