Honestly you picked out some great parts. Swapping the 9600x to 7600 would not make much impact on performance, you can get a single tower cooler, and you don't need a white PSU since that case has a PSU shroud, you could consider getting some white cable extensions though. Saved $100 off the build.

what specific model of PSU are you looking at? Chieftec don't look to promising on the tier list. Look at a 6-8 heatpipe dual tower air cooler like the Thermalright Peerless Assassin/Phantom Spirit or ID Cooling A620. unless you want the 9070xt look for just the regular 9070 if it's close to the 507
