ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II

I have to say that I am extremely happy with my build so far! I bought the parts during Black Friday last year and have since enjoyed how extremely successful it has been.

I just built this pc a few days ago and I am struggling to fix this issue. Almost all my parts are new except for the m.2 nvme ssd drive I have in there.

Storage: Samsung 990 Pro SSD (1 TB and 2 TB)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance

I've got a r7 5800X, 16gb 3000mts corsair ram (only thing not new, along the psu), nzxt kraken 240 and rx 7900 xt XFX merc all seated on the rog strix b550-f gaming wifi ii inside the nzxt h6 flow (ik, I will be getting a psu or cable extensions soon). Im 14, did I do a good job?

Last week I experienced a sudden degradation in my home desktop running a AMD Ryzen 7 5800XT 8-Core Processor (3.80 GHz) on a  ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II board.

Suddenly my CPU speed dropped to a consistent 0.55GHz while the base speed was 3.80GHz.

Was told it may be thermal throttling.
