Coming from a Garmin Venu 3 to a Pixel Watch 4
PW2 owner here and I totally agree with your observation. Pixel Watch developers basically only worked on running. There's 0 care given to tracking other quite popular sports like cycling or hiking. What devices/gadgets help you keep track of your dysautonomia?
I use a Garmin Vivomove Sport, which I chose because of the sleep monitoring and body battery. I love it, but I only really use it for me; I've never tried presenting results from it to a doctor.
