I use my Helio Strap as an external heart rate monitor (previously with my Garmin Vivoactive 5, and currently with my Active 3). Yes! The first time my watch congratulated me for a "tough workout" after taking a shower I had to laugh. And its not helpful to have it notify you 5 times a day that you "need to be more active!"
