Amazfit options are ruining me
There’s absolutely no shame in giving this some serious thought. After all, you’re buying a watch that you’ll be enjoying for years to come. It sounds like the Active 3, the Balance 2XT, and the T-Rex 3 Pro (44mm?) are all watches you’d be very happy with. Since you’ve already ordered them anyway,

What are your experiences with wearable health trackers?
I use both visible and Garmin vivoactive 5 on the daily. I like visible because of the pace points system. It gives me a snapshot of how much I've done in a day, rather than just a HR graph. I also like that it's waterproof and I can shower with it. The symptom tracker is nice as well. The Garmin ha

Art therapy to trigger PSNS
Sure! Im wearing a garmin vivoactive 5. The Garmin standard interface is pretty informative on its own but recently I installed a watchface called "Pacing Watch Face" by fitigued that is helpful for us sick people. It allows you to set a heart rate monitor to warn you when you've gone too far with a

Helio strap
I use my Helio Strap as an external heart rate monitor (previously with my Garmin Vivoactive 5, and currently with my Active 3). I’m very satisfied with it, though I have never compared it to an ECG chest strap myself. You might want to check out the videos by The Quantified Scientist on YouTube. H

Art therapy to trigger PSNS
Yes! The first time my watch congratulated me for a "tough workout" after taking a shower I had to laugh. And its not helpful to have it notify you 5 times a day that you "need to be more active!" When you are in an active PEM crash. I've turned all that stuff off and customized it as best I can. I

Smartwatch for tracking HR
I only know about the Venu 3 or 4 and vivoactive 5 or 6 that are good. But perhaps you can compare those with other Garmins! You can always DM me as well, then I can help comparing later if you need some help!

NSV I had to tighten my Garmin watch.
I just bought a vivoactive 5! I love it but I had to change the band because the rubbery feeling on my wrist when sweating was absolutely driving me insane 🤣😅 That’s a great NSV though!! congratulations! 🎉 💪🏼

What are your experiences with wearable health trackers?
For me it's important to be able to check the HR and stress scores without the necessity to look at my phone all the time. So I went with Garmin, specifically Vivoactive 5. I like it very much. I didn't want constant notifications from my phone on my wrist, so I just turned 95 % of them off, if anyo
