I have the vivoactive 5 and I can’t speak more highly of it! I use the body battery, heart rate readings and HRV scores daily.

If you care about exercise and do sports, Garmin is the way to go. You can get Venu 3 or Vivoactive 5/6 or Forerunner 255/965 for not too much money. Or maybe the Instinct 3.
