I wish they'd lean into the Sense line. I decided to leave my Sense 1 for a Garmin Venu 3 about 9 months ago, and while there are a lot of things about the Garmin that I like, I have to admit that the fitbit algorithms are superior for health and sleep tracking. I could tell when I was getting sick

I have had a Garmin Venu and now a Venu 3, and both have pretty consistently read about 5% SpO2 below what a finger-clip meter says.

OP could try getting a smart ring or smartwatch to get sleep metrics if they are too severe to do a sleep lab. If those things were affordable to them.
