vívosmart 5

Yeah this is such an amazing tool. My vivosmart 5 broke and I replaced it with an Apple Watch thinking it could surely do the same but it can’t and I miss this feature so much. This post might just convince me to get a garmin again.

Anything Garmin, but as a minimalist I’m really reaaally looking forward to the Cirqa. Otherwise I’ll advise the Garmin Vivosmart 5. My fenix 6x pro keeps wonderful time without a connection btw.

A Garmin Vivosmart 5 - I used to use a Fitbit which was nice and simple, but you have to have a google account from May. The garmin’s ok and what I need works fine but the user menus and settings etc are a pain.

i also had a fitbit and left when google took over. i have a garmin vivosmart 5-it doesnt have all the bells and whistles of the other ones but it does the same thing and not as expensive.

One thing I noticed is that notifications turn on the backlight by default you can change it to after dusk in the Garmin app. Might help if you haven't already. I also hear gps is a big drain on watches. Kinda wish they had a option to use your phone's gps if it's in range to save more power. It's h

Shop for a fitness tracker, not a smart watch. There's a lot of overlap between the two in that space, but something like a Garmin Vivosmart or Fitbit Inspire is going to be cheaper, more comfortable, and offer few to no distractions. I used one for a while and it could get text messages (read only)

Nasa spec sheet ng mga garmin model sa website nila if capable of broadcasting, pero from my experience lahat ng watch ko from garmin (vivosmart at the lowest end) was able to broadcast HR from xoss, iGpsSport, Bryton, and Garmin cyclo comp. Expect 1- 1/2 day battery while HR Broadcasting is on. ano
