Orange solar ring

Hi all,

Instinct 3 45mm solar owner for a while and I have got a question, maybe you guys could help me out.

First off all, I’m very pleased with the watch model and his features!

What I started to dislike after a while, is the orange solar ring related to the total look of the watch. I prefer a

Full charge, we'll see how long it lasts. 🔋 100%

Let’s not scare the poor lad. Yes, using more features will pull more power. I’m sure op realizes that. Enjoy the watch! I’m a former apple watch user, then moved to casio/gshock, and ended up with garmin. I love my i3 tactical solar.

New Pixel User Here...

I got a Garmin instinct 3 solar. It's great. I wanted a less smart smart watch. Just track my steps and workouts (which just consists of walks and runs and sometimes.an occasional hike). I also wanted to track my sleep since I never could with an apple watch since I had to charge it every night. I t

What Garmin Watch for Surfr App

Instinct 3 solar, it has an amazing battery life between charges. Runs Surfr activity well. No touchscreen, just 5 buttons, which makes it very usable with wet hands and wetsuit gloves. Surfr will sometimes record and show a big jump on the watch, then when it uploads it to the app it deletes it. So

Need advice for Instinct 3 Solar 50mm, I’m an Apple Watch Ultra 1 user (since launch)

I switched from AW 7 (3 years of usage) to instinct 3. It is my first garmin watch, and I very happy. I want something Casio like watch with some notifications long battery and some health metrics.

Garmin Instinct 3 45mm solar update. January 28th.

I have owned the watch since January 16th. I charged the watch to 100% when I received it. The battery is now at 37%. I have the brightness set to 20%. I have used the GPS a decent amount for a total of 2 hours and 47 min of GPS workout activities. 9 activities total. I use a stock watch face. The o

Is the Instinct 3 really worth paying twice as much as the Instinct 2?

I have the 2X Solar. For me, it's one great watch. What you have to look is the age of the watch in the market. The I3 is the most complete watch. There are some differences between I2 and I3, but less differences between I2x and I3. Check the garmin site and you can compare watches and see the diff

Worth it even if I'm not very active?

I have the instinct 3 solar 50mm and love it. The only thing I do is a lot of walking and as a surveyor I'm outdoors a lot so will benefit from the solar charging. I rarely use gps. The long battery life is really what I was after, and the flashlight (I'm not to lie), I like gadgets. You don't need

What's your real world battery life on Instinct 3?

Honestly, I’m a bit confused with guys talking about 30+ days with the heavy use of their watches. I’m I3 solar user for a few weeks. With the native watch face, 7+ hours of satellites weekly, constant heart rate tracking, 40% of the backlight, 10+ activities per week (strength/HIII, walk, yoga, swi

First smart watch I’ve owned. Couldn’t be happier

I have my I3 50 mm solar tactical. It's fantastic! A perfect combination of a sports watch for health monitoring and a watch similar to a G-Shock. I came from a "fruit bite" watch I'm so surprised at the durability and "no-thought-battery" is the new life with a Garmin watch! Greetings to all
