Instinct 3 45mm Solar

I wouldn’t wait. The Instinct 3 only came out in January 2025, so there’s no real reason to expect an Instinct 4 anytime soon. Garmin has hinted at a busy Outdoor release schedule this year, but nothing specifically points to an I4. I also wouldn’t count on full maps coming to the Instinct line. A n

You are about to get a LOT of comments I suspect. The big ones are...spo2, unless you need it, turn it off. Screen brightness, the beauty of the I3 MIP is that it doesn't need it unless it's a completely dark room. Set to 5-20% and at the MOST RTW is only on after sunset if at all. When the backligh

I've hit the unlimited battery mode on my Garmin Instinct 2 solar several times during the summer, the instinct 3 solar is supposed to be much better in regards to solar.

Hi all,

Instinct 3 45mm solar owner for a while and I have got a question, maybe you guys could help me out.

First off all, I’m very pleased with the watch model and his features!

What I started to dislike after a while, is the orange solar ring related to the total look of the watch. I prefer a

People are afraid of losing the monochrome MIP option, since nearly every other watch line has lost MIP and it's probably just a matter of time before the Fenix does too. It's a reasonable fear, though I anecdotally have seen many more MIP I3s than AMOLED. Objectively speaking, they're both great. I

I guess most people will not get it for the tactical functions, but because it's the only option to get the I3 with MIP that doesn't have stupid colored accent on the casing. Garmin knows that well and it's a scummy practice if you ask me.

I don't even want to admit how many of these watches I have owned across Garmin, Suunto, and now Coros. If you sent me to a desert island and said I could ONLY choose one...it would probably be the I3 Solar 50mm. Battery life is just ridiculous and the screen clarity is phenomenal. Enjoy!

Stupidest default colourway from garmin for the i3 The tactical has a different coloured flashlight as well, which is less tactical than the regular one That aint a solution

I love my g shocks but this seems just like a money grab. I have the Garmin instinct 3 solar with a MIP display and you can switch from negative display to positive display. Casio could easily do this also.
