Best watch for running without your phone?
Garmin >>> Pixel. No debate. Since you run early in the morning and in mountain lion territory, Garmin’s features like incident detection, live tracking, and the ability to send your location to emergency contacts are perfect for ensuring your safety. Some Garmin watches that meet your needs are the

What’s a brand you’ll never trust again and why?
I've had my Garmin Instinct 2 for about a year now. It's almost comical how much more data I get from my swims compared to the Fitbit Charge 5 I had. Fitbit basically had like duration and extrapolated number of laps from motion. That was it. It was also wrong on even that one metric more often than

OMG FREE ENERGY EXISTS!!!
I've hit the unlimited battery mode on my Garmin Instinct 2 solar several times during the summer, the instinct 3 solar is supposed to be much better in regards to solar.

Google watch on graphene OS
Garmin Watch (I recommend an Instinct 2 or 3, the battery lasts forever) connected via Gadgetbridge so all your data stays on your device. Plus you can use Garmin Pay.

Geschenk für Soldaten
Kommt natürlich drauf an wie teuer es werden soll, aber ne Uhr hilft definitiv. Entweder Casio/G-Shock, oder wenn es teurer sein darf z.B. Garmin Instinct 2.

It's not always great at tracking sleep and its built in metrics are definitely skewed towards someone training for endurance running/biking/etc but i like that it has a very long battery life and it helps with workouts. For example, I built my weight lifting r

[Question] What is today's equivalent to a Rolex from the 50s?
Garmin Instinct 2s solar. Designed for functionality, dead reliable, useable under any circumstances. It is what actual explorers use nowadays. Eta: just saw the quartz criterion. That eliminates any actually relevant watches.

Dead.
Garmin Instinct 2 Solar. Period. A proper navigation system (Unlike the Rangeman who lacks any navigation whatsoever), GPS, Glonass, Galileo, HR and O2 sensors, Alti/Baro, Compass, fitness tracking, smartwatch functions, infinite battery life under certain circumstances, a long long list of features

Is there a "best " Fitbit for swimming?
I would agree with the other post, if you want to get into tris, garmin is your best bet. The cool thing is, while the top of the line models are expensive, a couple of generations older are still awesome. My recommendation would be for a Fenix 7.
