Forerunner 265

Just a quick PSA, OHR sensors on smart watches can get thrown off by tattoos.

I had no idea! I was gifted a forerunner 265 as a birthday present, found it wasnt tracking sleep and heart rate monitor was inconsistent.

Called Garmin, first thing I was asked is do you have tattoos where youre wearing

I don't have a venu 4, but a forerunner 265. However the temperature that garmins measure are just skin temperature changes, not your actual core temp. So I think that wouldn't be really helpful.

Heart rate is on pair with polar h10 if you wear the Helio strap on the arm. I use it instead of a chest HR monitor and I push the heart rate to my Garmin, it's a lot better than the forerunner 265 in terms of sensitivity.
