Finally
These were pointed out to me recently and you're right it does solve my issue. I've just purchased new sports ear buds (Sony Linkbuds fit) and I'm really happy with them so it isn't ideal to purchase more. I've also not tried bone conduction so I am still sceptical, but would love to be proved wrong
