[Apple] Introducing Apple Watch Ultra 3
The older OLED fenix 8 model has even better battery life than the micro-led fenix 8 pro. It's not the display tech, it's a combination of physical battery size and garmins having relatively underpowered hardware and not as many smartwatch features running in the background.

Ultra 3 v Fenix 8
I recently made the switch from the AWU2 to the Fenix 8 because I mainly used my watch for sports and health—essentially the same priorities you have. I have to say, I am completely satisfied with the change. The Garmin gives you much more insight into your health, recovery, Body Battery, Training R

Finally got my Fenix 8 pro
I went from AWU to Fenix 8 (not pro) and the Fenix is way better at about everything I use it for. However I’m not into smartwatches, I bought the watch primarily for running. So getting the AWU from the beginning was really stupid but at that time I didn’t know exactly how I was gonna use it. It to

First Smart Watch
so, i don’t have a smartwatch, i use a gshock fyi but i’ve been watching TONS of reviews on youtube. the garmin instinct 3 does seem to be THE garmin at the time. not because it has all the smart features or something, that would be the fenix 8 but the instinct 3 has all normal features without bein

MIP forever !
Bought my first Garmin in december 2024. It's Garmin Epix Pro gen 2 47mm. In general it's just awesome. But right now I'm thinking of switching it for Enduro 3 in 2026. Cheaper version of F8 Solar, and I don't need diving functionality or speaker/microphone. So in general... Yes probably MIP is more

Switch from AWU2 to Garmin Fenix?
I did the switch in the opposing direction, here is your best pros and cons in my opinion: Garmin Pros: * you'll get better training information* you'll have better battery* design overall is better in my opnion What I think you would miss: * cellular: even if you go with Fenix 8 Pro, the cellular isn't

Galaxy Watch Ultra2 is confirmed to have an 800mah battery, IP69k, and more! (official promo images)
So funny you say that, I have moved over to the Garmin Fenix 8 Pro and I never thought I’d get used to having all the buttons but I am. I still have the Apple Watch Ultra 2 bc ATT, but in the past year I’ve had the GW 8, 8 Classic, and the CMF Watch Pro 3 (still have that one) and the CMF even has a

Back to MIP! Fenix 8 Solar
I don't know. Maybe I like the bright screen. I'm not going to the mountains or things like that. I bought the Garmin ecosystem, for health reasons: Index Scale, Index BPM and the Fenix 8 51mm. I have a Google Pixel Watch 4 45mm. I love it very much. Maybe the AMOLED screen makes the Fenix feel a li

Should I wait for Garmin Fenix 9 or just go for Fenix 8 pro
If you're only a few weeks away from a potential Fenix 9 announcement, waiting is probably the smart move. For health tracking, battery life, sleep tracking and everyday smartwatch features like notifications and calendar alerts, the Garmin Fenix 8 Pro is already excellent, so there's no real downsi
