PC controller advice please

G7 HE vs Nova 2 lite.
Okay so, assuming you're not buying this controller for Xbox (important detail, cuz Super Nova can't connect to an Xbox), Super Nova's advantages are that it can work via cable, Bluetooth (useful if you want to connect to mobile, tablets, Nintendo Switch) as well as dongle. G7 HE is strictly wired.

About GameSir Nova Rumble
OP, there's like, at least three GameSir "Nova" controllers. You should probably specify which one. IIRC, it's adjustable on the app for the Super Nova, but I disabled vibration on my Switch, so I couldn't tell you. At the very least, I don't remember it being annoying when I connected it to the app
