Gamesir only has product support via discord so good luck with that. Problems seem to arise in these controllers randomly over time. My cyclone 2 will only work with its 2.4ghz dongle. I wish they lasted longer....

Nah I completely agree, I have the Cyclone 2 and G7 Pro Aimlabs, which dont get me wrong are phenomenal controllers, but it seems like Gamesir just cant get the dpad right. I really hope they adopt the floating, diamond shape that companies like Flydigi and Beitong use, my Vader 5 Pro dpad is awesom
