Have you considered the Fujifilm X-E5? With the XF 23mm f/2.8 it’s very close to an interchangeable lens X100VI. I bought one in January and am enjoying a great deal. It sits at the top end of your budget but it seems like it fits with your wants/needs. I can’t speak to any of the other options, as

I'd get a current gen (X-Processor 5) camera because of image processing improvements, autofocus and film sims.
