Before buying every accessory people recommend, slow down and actually learn the camera first. I personally don’t think filters and extra gear ar

Those 3 new FS modes are one of the best changes to the camera IMO. On the newer Fujifilm cameras, the way to save recipes is to save them to the custom profiles. However, all the camera settings are also saved to the profiles. I think older Fujifilm cameras didn’t act like this and they changed it,

Great pics thanks for sharing.. I think this camera is gonna sell massively.. Its brilliant... There's a massive untapped market for this. A fun small retro camera with Fujifilm simulations.. It's going to appeal... You only need to look at the prices of Instax cameras + the cost of film and the pri

I have had the camera for less than one month. I would say accessories to get are a screen protector for the screen, extra batteries, lens filter to weather seal and some sort of camera strap. I went with squarehood mk 4 you can see it a bit through the viewfinder but not as much as the Hoage I one

Camera preset including film sim. Sorry idk what I should really call it since I’m new to the system. https://fujixweekly.com/2024/03/27/pro-negative-160c-fujifilm-x100vi-film-simulation-recipe/ This is exactly what I used in most of the photos and yeah, I also prefer my photos to not be fully yello

I have the exact same story! The x100vi made fall in love with Fujifilm after 30 years of canon. Then I just needed to get an x-pro 2 as well. And I agree, acros is amazing on it. Even with grain turned off, it has a beautifully elegant graining. I am about to sell all my canon stuff…

The Ricoh GR series does make some fantastic film simulations. 'High Contrast Black and white' is tremendous and I also enjoy 'positive film' for colour. I can't share pics on this thread, but there are some examples on this review: https://fujimagic.blog/2026/04/07/ricoh-gr-ii-long-term-review-2026

Sold my Canon 5D mark III, which I primarily was using for weddings. I wanted a camera that would allow me to do more street and travel photography without the weight. I knew mirrorless was the way to go and I wanted JPEG files straight out of camera to avoid the dreaded hours upon hours of editing

No worries! Some people get a car, I got a Leica haha. I also travel a lot (family in the airline industry) so it made more sense to invest in a camera. I had a pretty good feeling about my prospects with an expensive camera though—I was pretty obsessive with documenting my travels even with my shit

I cant argue the power of Canon for bird photography. My Canon R10 has blazing fast autofocus, it easily sticks whatever I want. But i like fujifilm simulations so much and trying to get a xt50 next to my x100vi.
