Struggling to find the right camera. Fuji XT5 owner thinking of switching. Need advice.
The post is all over the place. Telling us too much but not telling us the important. The important takeaway from all of that information is that you do not edit your raw files, which to be completely honest, is at the very minimum 50% of how the resulting image looks nowadays. If you never edit, Fu

Photos I Took on my Recent Road Trip Through the North Island
Fujifilm X-T4. It's the lenses that really make the difference though, I used both 56mm f/1.2 and the 23mm f/2 lenses on this trip.

Fujifilm X-T4 vs Nikon Zf: Has Anyone Made the Switch?
I went from a Fuji X-T4 to a X-S10 (which I still have) to a Nikon Zf. The main things that I originally liked about Fujifilm were the recipes and colors out of the camera, plus the small f/2 lenses. The thing that struck me when I tried an Zf with the 24-120mm f/4 was how much fun it was to use. Ni

Unsure Which to Upgrade First
You may wanna have a quick look at a used Tamron 150-500mm F5-6.7 VC VXD for Fujifilm. Look for used on mpb. And sell the 70-300. Or Get a used 1.4x Tele converter to go with the 70-300, increasing its effective focal length to 98–420mm. And maybe upgrade your camera to the X-T4. So you effectively

Startrails framed in green
Stacking 500 pictures into one stunning startrail capture in the northern hemisphere. I tried to frame this without a linear horizon and rather embed it with a frame of leaves, could have moved a bit to the left to include Polaris. EXIF f/4 20sec ISO 640 Fujifilm X-T4 / XF 10-24 @ 10mm What are your

When did you decide to make the jump to better gear? How did you afford it?
I bought a better camera back in 2019. I upgraded from a Nikon D5600 to a Fujifilm XT4. One of my reasons was for better video and teh XT4 was highly recommended at the time as a great hybrid camera. There was all the other regular reason too like autofocus and dynamic range too. If you are upgradin

Some random pictures I took in Rotterdam
For sure. I'm a big fan of the Fujifilm ecosystem. I'm using an XT4 now with fuji and viltrox/sigma lenses, but I've had all XT's since the first one.

looking to buy birding camera
I started 2 years ago with a Fujifilm X-T5 and the Fujinon 70-300mm. Since I also had a background with old film camera I went with Fuji Mirrorless for the vintage approach. You can find the 70-300mm (which gives you an equivalent to a 100-450mm since the sensor is APS-C) pretty cheap if you look fo
