Ricoh GRIV: Right for Me?

Looking at your selection of photos I assume you prefer tighter focal lengths. Maybe instead of gr4 look into gr3x. Other option but not as compact is fujifilm cameras, x-t50 and x-e5 are small and you can put any lens on them or you can check out x100vi for a compact with built in lens. Also recent

With interchangeable lens

Many say that the FujiFilm X-E5 is an interchangeable lens version of the X100VI. The only things your missing is the ND filter and weather sealing. If you want something something with weather sealing look at an X-T5.

About a month ago I sold my E-M10 and almost immediately regretted it so I bought it again.

For sure! I also got a Fujifilm x-e5 last year and really liked it, but quickly realised I didn't need all of that so downgraded to an xt-30 ii. I'm seeing a pattern here haha

Removing viewfinder from LX100 i/ii?

LX100 is a great camera, but it is still costly secondhand. For not much more, you can get yourself a new Fujifilm XM-5. Smaller than X-E5, it can be configured with a pancake lens or a smaller zoom.

Do I really need the X100VI? - What camera to get?

Have you considered the Fujifilm X-E5? With the XF 23mm f/2.8 it’s very close to an interchangeable lens X100VI. I bought one in January and am enjoying a great deal. It sits at the top end of your budget but it seems like it fits with your wants/needs. I can’t speak to any of the other options, as

Buy XE-5 or Keep XT-30 II?

I’m the worst at GAS. But I have to say that the X-E5 is arguably my favorite Fujifilm body. And I’ve been through a handful of them. I even thought the 100vi would be the pinnacle of Fuji’s street photography bodies. My wife also just got one a couple weeks ago…but nope. My X-E5 is still my favorit

Last few frames I took before selling my X100vi

X-E5 is a great upgrade in many aspects imo! I went to the store thinking I would buy the X100VI but once I tried both out, the X-E5 was a clear winner for me. One of the things that really bugged me with the X100VI was that the colours in the EVF looked kind of off. Like the blacks were crushed whe

My one complaint

If you have an inkling that you like the X half good chance you'd probably really like it. I got it on sale, and even then, knowing full well I am overpaying for the technical aspects. You're in part paying for the Fujifilm brand and the film sims, but you're also committing to the formalistic exper

From GX80 to…?

Realistically, there isn't a true successor to the GX80/85. I recently bought a GX9 because I was getting annoyed with the green cast in the shadows of my GX85's raws. But it truly is just a minor improvement. AF is more or less the same between the two and the GX9 has some small handling and interf
