Ricoh GRIV: Right for Me?

Looking at your selection of photos I assume you prefer tighter focal lengths. Maybe instead of gr4 look into gr3x. Other option but not as compact is fujifilm cameras, x-t50 and x-e5 are small and you can put any lens on them or you can check out x100vi for a compact with built in lens. Also recent

Thoughts on these cheap compact lens for the X-M5?

Crap and avoid. I am a pancake collector have pretty much every pancake since film era. The pancake I like is Fujifilm 23 and 27. I wouldn’t even consider Fujifilm 18/2. Oh! I also love voigtlander 18 and 27. I found out if I let go a little. Viltrox is “bigger yet ultra light” on that 15/1.7 and ev

Fujifilm X-H2 with Fujifilm 33mm 1:1.4 Fujinon XF R LM WR

I have been using that setup of yours professionally for quite some time (weddings and other stuff) and for the sake of you not being disappointed, I have to clarify some information. X-H2 is not smaller than your 7R IVa. I have handled both. The Sony has very slightly more compact dimensions. You c

Thinnest mirrorless option with best thin lenses?

Smallest full frame is the Lumix S9 and a pancake lens. Fujifilm X-E5 with the 23mm f2.8 is pretty slim. So is the X100VI, but non-removable lens. A7Cii is good, but slightly bigger than other options, plus the EVF sucks.

Decision Fatigue Is Real… Please Tell Me if the 18mm f1.4 Works as an Everyday Lens

Get the X-e5, pair with viltrox 15mm f1.7. With crop mode out of 40mp resolution. You will get both 24mm and 35mm (40mp, 26mp respectfully). It double as a x100v for me already. Then all you need is another Fujifilm 35mm f2, so you get 50mm and 75mm. Two prime lenses works as 4 common focal lengths

X100V Stolen — Starting fresh

TLDR — get an X-T50. It’s barely bigger and is better all around. FWIW I was waiting for the X-E5 to drop and it was going to be my first Fujifilm camera (coming from an old Nikon D5200). The compact size + EVF (unlike the X-M5) were the main features I was excited for. Like others have mentioned th

Quick hands on with XE-5 today at Fujifilm store

https://cameradecision.com/compare/Fujifilm-X-E5-vs-Fujifilm-X-T5 I dunno I wouldn't really describe the X-T5 as 'not much bigger' but of course this could be someone's individual difference in how they interpret what is comfortable in their hands. People have posted photos of the XE5 beside the X10

X100VI or wait?

Fujifilm will release something at some point in some way. Pretty sure they aren’t done making stuff and selling it. When the one thing you wish for will be released the answer is always “right after you purchased the second best thing you wanted”. That goes for cameras, smartphones, cars, gaming co

Thinnest mirrorless option with best thin lenses?

Maybe a Fujifilm X-E5 with the 23mm or 27mm pancake lens?

Appareil photo compact
