Can someone explain the Fuji boom to me?
The one reason why I love my fujifilm XE4 is because it is a fun to use and compact camera. The availability of lenses is superb. APS-C picture quality is awesome.

Is there anyone who has used both Sony and Olympus cameras?
There are a few cameras and lenses that are similarly compact, but not a lot of them The Sigma 18-50 2.8 is a pretty good candidate for a standard zoom, but neither that or the A6400 have IBIS Fujifilm would be a better option since their X system is focused only on APS-C, where Sony, Nikon and Cano

For reasons I expand on in the post..Can I get my Dad a small camera that doesn't detract massively from the quality of larger cameras?
Fujifilm X-E4 is small when paired with the pancake 27mm or 18mm. Hard to come by tho. Ricoh GR is an easy recommendation if you don't need an interchange lens system. Panasonic GX-9 is fantastic as well. Btw, you probably are looking to disappoint your dad like others say, I think. The reason he lo

How is the S5ii/S5iiX as an everyday carry?
Get the S9. I have the s5iix, and after using a fujifilm x-e4, there is no way I'd go back carrying a bigger camera everyday. If it helps, the s5ii, s5iix, and s9 have the same sensor, so you'll be getting the same quality. If you get the S9, I'd highly recommend getting it with the 18-40

How much does your camera setup cost and what do you use it for [professional, enthusiast, or amateur]?
Spent $3750 AUD for my digital set up. That’s a Fujifilm X-E4, X100F, and Fujifilm lenses: 35mm 1.4 R, 27mm f2.8 WR, 56mm 1.2 R, 50mm f2 WR, 18-55mm f2.8-4 R. All bought second hand. I’m just an amateur and hobbyist, I use it for travel and everyday carry. I don’t regret buying this at all, it has b

Question objectif l'Olympus 12-

What is it with Nikon and Social Media
I stared my photography journey with Sony (A6000, A7ii, A7rii, A7riv). I didn’t used to have eye tracking AF with my first two cameras and I was ok with it until I jumped to the newer cameras. While I was impressed with Sony AF speeds, I was not impressed with the color science. I’ve always shot RAW

Looking for a fun street photography camera
I have a fujifilm x-e4 which I am super happy with. It is nice and compact. There is also the x-e5, which released recently but is a bit more heavy and bulky than the x-e4.
