Birthday gift help! Which option would you pick?

Sir, those aren't point and shoot cameras. Personally I have the Nikon zfc, light and reliable camera great for carrying aroun. It's sensor is an aps-c, so lenses are cheaper and the quality is great for socials or not-very-large prints. Also I use cheaper lenses (mostly Viltrox). Most point and sho

Can someone explain the Fuji boom to me?

The one reason why I love my fujifilm XE4 is because it is a fun to use and compact camera. The availability of lenses is superb. APS-C picture quality is awesome.

Is there anyone who has used both Sony and Olympus cameras?

There are a few cameras and lenses that are similarly compact, but not a lot of them The Sigma 18-50 2.8 is a pretty good candidate for a standard zoom, but neither that or the A6400 have IBIS Fujifilm would be a better option since their X system is focused only on APS-C, where Sony, Nikon and Cano

For reasons I expand on in the post..Can I get my Dad a small camera that doesn't detract massively from the quality of larger cameras?

Fujifilm X-E4 is small when paired with the pancake 27mm or 18mm. Hard to come by tho. Ricoh GR is an easy recommendation if you don't need an interchange lens system. Panasonic GX-9 is fantastic as well. Btw, you probably are looking to disappoint your dad like others say, I think. The reason he lo

Question for Fujifilm users who shoot with the Viltrox 56mm f/1.4

The Air series are fantastic.Sold my 56/1.4 due to bad aberrations wide open that were hard to clean up in post. I have the 25, 35, and 56mm Air series and they rock on the X-H2 and X-E4. Though, I'm considering letting the 25mm go because I'm probably going to get the Fujifilm 23mm f/2.8 for the X-

Do I upgrade from Fujifilm?

Fullframe is overrated. I have shot crop and fullframe, my current setup is fullframe only, just because so it happened. Yes, the IQ can be better, but I dont think its really worth upgrading. I have had a Fujifilm XE4 and judging by its performance, the X-T5 should be more than enough for most genr
