Recommendation Needed: Gift to Hubs
If his office isn't shared with others, I'd grab a Focal Clear + Fiio K11 (non r2r). Very dynamic headphone with good midrange and microdetails, subbbass is quite punchy too. However it is open back so it will have a bit of sound leakage. Another option would be the Hifiman XS, which is going to be

I'm thinking of buying the Sennheiser HD 480 Pro, but there's a problem...
Isolation was not that big concern of mine, it was enough with music on. The lacluster dynamics were though. I heard so much praise for „focal dynamics” and Azurys is just NOT that. I recently had a chance to try their older screechy, plastic model the Focal Listen and that thing HAD those dynamics
