suggestions for good record player
yes there is a big difference. Depends on what mom is expecting. Sounds like she wants a turntable with external powered speakers. Can’t really offer advice on this as i’m older and have different expectations. my suggestion is this. Being in Canada we get a break on this because it’s a Canadian com

New here! What setup would be the best with a budget of $800-1000 (I want it closer to $800 lol)
Well, if you are a newbie then I'd recommend that you keep it simple and don't overspend. You'll need to learn how fragile phono cartridge stylii are, how to handle and store records, possibly how to keep stylus and records clean. So a Fluance RT 80 or 81 ($249-299, whichever your budget allows), an

I think I’m finally done with my setup.
I've been rocking Klipsch promedia 2.1 FOR ER but have a set of fluance ai41 and the DB 10 sub on the way. If you care I can send you a recommendation ☺️ price between the two varies greatly though

Looking for speakers for husband's Christmas gift - help!😬
Fluance makes a few different powered speakers. The Ai41 appears to have a couple of stylish options with light colored cabinets and a white front side. As others have mentioned, adding amplification may put them out of your desired price range, but pretty much any active speakers will come with blu

Upgrade options from lp60x
Thanks for the reply. Problem for me is that since I live in a small apartment with a relatively tiny living room(90-100 sqft), I am trying to keep things as compact as possible at the same time get the most from it(ALSO AVOID NOISE COMPLAIN HAHA), so I may not have the room for a stereo receiver on

Beginner turntable setup recommendations
Are you open to buying used? You’ll get a better setup for the price at that budget. If you tell me your zip or general area I am happy to link some local fb marketplace listings. As for new, Fluance RT81 is $300 and a pair of JBL 305p mkii or Fluance Ai41 could be a good option.

Small 4" Kanto YU4 for a small room? What is the price in Canada? If you must have powered speakers instead of passive and an amp then 5.25" Fluance Ai41 may cost less.

What should be my first DOOM album? Choose for either one 👇
What record player are u saving for? If you are saving up for one, exercise patience. Don’t get a piece of crap. I know this is probably more than you intended on spending, but hear me out. Every. Single. Component. Is infinitely better. If you were planning on getting a TT with the speaker built in

I'm getting the 1byOne H009
Fluance is a great company with a wide range of players. I got the RT81 and it was such a great player. Much more consistent and is rated one of the best entry level players and affordable as well. It also isn't going to damage your records overtime like the 1byOne or suitcase players will. The soun
