@OP Go for the Snapmaker U1. I see buildvolume currently has their anniversary sale on. I currently own a Ender3V3SE and want to get a U1 aswel. However Im not in a rush. Will wait for more supplier options. Like when bambu lab a1 was released, we as South Africans could only buy from build volume.

Good, if you don't print parts that require heat resistance, UV resistance, an open printer will be just fine (and for those occasional things PETG is a solution). Most things we print even fit on our secondary printer, the A1 mini! :-) If you don't mind the waste and time, the AMS solution works. T

Your objective is fast multi-color hands done, you'll be happiest with the Snapmaker U1 or Flashforge Creator 5 if your budget is a bit tighter
