No, flash print is slicing software, which is what formats the models for the printer. If you want to do designs there are some free options. Tinkercad is a good place to do some simple and free cad. ZMOD is the only one I know of for the AD5X... For the AD5M there is Forge-X? Personally I'm running ZMOD on my AD5X - can't recommend it enough! Flashing that is the very first thing that everyone should do - kinda like using Edge to download Firefox! lol.
