Is there an easy way to take off supports?

I came from FlashForge AD5M to a P2S (still have 2 5Ms) and the supports all but fall off my P2S. I am so accustomed to fighting to remove supports, destroying prints because of supports, have rough surfaces because of supports. On the P2S, it just works.

3D printing Newbie

Since you’re using a FlashForge, are you using the Flashforge Orca Slicer? I just got an AD5M and had to swap to using the open source Orca Slicer to get decent prints out. The software was causing my prints to come out wrong, similar to yours, for some reason. Once I swapped I had no issues.

Is this a sign of moist filament?

Absolutely not, it's an artifact which I call "flashforge surface blight" which affects the printing of exterior walls. Nobody has completely explained what causes it, I've tried capturing it on high speed video. If you look at it as it's printed layer by layer, the artifact is caused by the extrude

What are my biggest problems here?

I have always had adhesion issues with my flash forge. Cleaning with dish soap, rinsing thoroughly, and sometimes I even spray with 90% isopropyl alcohol just to be sure. I still need bed glue almost all the time. This is definitely something about the flash forge. When I put the same filament and p

Completely new to 3-D printing and need advice on what to buy

In my opinion, as a beginner, buy the Bambu. Of my 4 newest printers (Kingroon KLP1, Bambulab A1 Mini, FlashForge Adventurer 5M, and Anycubic Kobra 3v2) the Bambulab is easily the one I use most as it "just works" and the quality always comes out great. The AD5M is fast (a little faster than the A1

Wife wants me to throw out the K1max and buy a Bambu. I'm out of ideas, please help me

Your wife is right. I started with a FlashForge AD5M. I got it tuned and upgraded a long way, and in the end it turned out ... decent enough prints. I wanted to do more with multicolor and the AD5X wasn't out yet. I got a Bambu P1S. It was absolutely miraculous. First print was perfect, and every su
