this is amazing! I'm currently using a FitVII watch because it tracks blood pressure (having issues with that)... but I would love if it was a bit more like this, telling me when to respect my body's needs. The poor interoception is real. I'll definitely look into Garmin watches. Thanks!

Finnleo cable management

We have gotten a Finnleo HM57 unit installed recently (I get why custom is better reading here, but at the time this was the only viable option). The install connecting the heater to the control panel didn't snake the wires through the wall or floor and under the lower bench a bundle of excess wires...

Watch with fall detection that has a lifealert-like app

There are some "cheap" china watches that seem to have fall detection. fitvii One the other side there are brand names like apple and samsung models that also have fall detection. Would you trust the life of your parents on the first noname one? At least their battery life is counted in several days...

Some chinese Whoop competitor, any idea of the quality ?

Interesting. I did find some research that it sort of work.https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-021-99294-wbetween 40 and 80 % accuracy is kind of rubbish. The FitVii is still a massive red flag. Just the 3 pop-ups and several urgency countdowns scream scammy crap at me. Would not be surprised if ...
