• 3.0 mph (20 minute mile) for total of 8 minutes
• 3.3 mph (~18 minute mile) for total of 20 minutes

This should be an average speed of 3.13 mph, or about a 19 minute mile.

Basically it is correlated by the distance covered as well. And Fitbit has the most accurate pedometer in the market. So, you cannot compare your phone as a pedometer to a Fitbit Versa 4 watch. Fitbit versa 4. It's good at counting steps and heart rate. It also tracks sleep patterns.

Having reviewed and used this Hume Band now for about 3 weeks along side a Versa 4 Fitbit I can see the inconsistencies that have shown where the data tends to be exaggerated, this especially happens with sleep data, it shows me asleep when I am still up and about. according to the band I get consis
