• 2.0 mph (30 minute mile) for total of 2 minutes - 1 min warmup, 1 cooldown
• 3.0 mph (20 minute mile) for total of 8 minutes
• 3.3 mph (~18 minute mile) for total of 20 minutes

This should be an average speed of 3.13 mph, or about a 19 minute mile.
