I'll miss you, Fitbit
I've used fitbit since 2016 and was using a versa 3 for years. I road bike, hike, backpack treadmill run. I bought a wyze because it synched to fitbit. A lot of info now is incorrect No longer reflects all the info like it used to now ex I had full breakdown and graphs with my wyze BMI, lean vs fat

Did Google attempt to make the least user-friendly app possible?
I used Fitbit since 2014. Even bought a wyze scale since it integrated with Fitbit. My set up in the last few years was my versa 3 and my wyze scale. I hike, cycle, backpack and weight lift. Had all my stats there in one app including protein va fat, skeletal muscle all my history in one app. The ne

Fat Rant Tuesday
Rant: Google pushed out a mandatory firmware update to my Fitbit Versa 3 and now the battery only lasts for a few hours at a time. Yes I know my watch was 6 years old but it worked just fine. I loved the Fitbit ecosystem but now I am looking to get away from Google products all together. I need eith

Enshittification claims another great product
Its a totally ugly ui. Its crappy looking, I hate the cricle its so crappy looking. If you don't have premium there's so much empty space. The old ui and app was clean, clear, easy to use. Google is just a crap company now and the update just solidifies it. It was made just to push AI down everyone'

Was on a bike ride for 200km, my watch thinks I ran for 15.42km
Actual (sort of) answer: for whatever stupid reason, a large number of fitness watches are REALLY BAD at doing their job during bike workouts even if you tell it you're doing a bike workout. My old Fitbit Versa 3 would never screw up the distance/time, but I'd finish a 30km ride in 60-70min and it w

Another long-term Fitbit user biting the dust
The FitBit is the same. I just replaced my 4+ yo Versa 3 with a Versa 4. It’s still a FitBit. The Google Health app needs work TBH. I don’t know why they just didn’t change the skin for the old app.

Google always makes it worse
Paid shills LOL where do I get my Garmin bucks. It's the fact that a loooooot of people have had fit it's for a lot of years like me having it since 2014. My versa 3 and the scale were great for everything I needed untill the update removed my lean vs protein and a whole other metrics from my wyze s

Another long-term Fitbit user biting the dust
Definitely perspective. I went to a Garmin venu 3 after using my versa 3 for years due to the new Fitbit update butchering my wyze scale and cycling. I actually find the Garmin app very straight forward and useful. Also the recording on the venu 3 for workouts is too notch. I do dips it recognizes t

Pixel watch 4
I'm biased. I use the first one, but in green. It really depends what you want to see at a glance. I had a Fitbit Versa 3 right before this, so the watch faces with action of data showing looked way too busy for me.

I'll miss you, Fitbit
I had no idea all this was happening and coincidentally my Versa 3 froze up too, it will only show the logo despite resetting everything I could on my end. Fitbit app literally yoinked off my phone. New app has an error and won’t load which is fine, 🦆Google
