Its a totally ugly ui. Its crappy looking, I hate the cricle its so crappy looking. If you don't have premium there's so much empty space. The old ui and app was clean, clear, easy to use. Google is just a crap company now and the update just solidifies it. It was made just to push AI down everyone'

Same here. My Versa 3 died and rather than ‘upgrade’ to a significantly worse specced Versa 4 I went with Apple Watch 10. Hate the poor battery life, and even after 18 months I can’t learn to love the Apple metrics / UI. Really miss the Fitbit functionality and data if old. A case study in the purch

I had no issues whatsoever with my Versa 3 with the FitBit app, all the issues started on the day they forced us be be beta testers for their new app. Hope you find a good solution too

Yes happened multiple times to my versa 3 when I was still using Fitbits. They were good about warranty claims and didn't hesitate to replace it. The 3rd and last time it happened I decided to buy another brand.
